CNC Operator (m/f)

CNC Operator

Job Responsibilities

• Work as an operator in the mechanical processing department,
• Independent work on processing machines (automatic lines or CNC machines),
• Preparation of materials for the production of products and semi-finished products,
• Performing self-inspection, using measuring tools,
• Changing technological parameters to ensure appropriate quality, planning procedures to achieve quality,
• Following instructions for preventive maintenance and cleaning of work equipment,
• Recording and confirming work orders (SAP),
• Participating in resolving complaints.

Work is mostly performed in two shifts, but occasionally, when there is more work, it is desirable that you are ready to work in three shifts as well.

Requirements and Expectations

• At least a high school diploma, preferably in mechanical engineering or another technical field,
• At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position,
• Knowledge of Siemens controllers for machine parameter adjustment,
• Familiarity with processing tools, materials – metals for processing, G-code,
• Understanding of machining processes and technological procedures,
• Preferably knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics,
• Ability to understand technical documentation,
• Good knowledge of English.
