The online job board raditi.eu (hereinafter referred to as the “Job Board”) is intended to facilitate direct communication between companies posting job advertisements on the raditi.eu job board (hereinafter referred to as “Employers”) and individuals seeking jobs on the raditi.eu job board (hereinafter referred to as “Candidates”).

The Job Board can be accessed at https://raditi.eu.

If at any time or in any manner you disagree with these Terms and Conditions, we kindly ask you to discontinue use and leave this website.

By accessing the Job Board and/or using the Job Board, including any published job advertisement and/or uploaded resume, you confirm that you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Privacy Policy

The privacy policy is defined in a separate document, Privacy Policy.

Job Advertisements

The Job Board is not responsible for the accuracy of the information published in job advertisements. The content of job advertisements and the hiring process for Candidates are the sole responsibility of Employers.

Only one open position may be advertised in a single job advertisement.

The duration of each advertisement is up to 30 days from the date of publication.

Each job advertisement is individually approved by the Job Board. The Job Board reserves the right to deny publication and/or delete any published content.

Employers

Employers have the option to post job advertisements and manage ads and received applications.

Paid services are charged according to the currently applicable price list, which is accessible on the Job Board’s website.

Searching and viewing Employer advertisements is available to all Job Board users.

Any Job Board user can apply to any job advertisement posted by any Employer.

The Job Board is not responsible to Employers for any damages that may arise from using the Job Board and/or posting job advertisements.

Candidates

Candidates have the option to register on the Job Board.

Candidates may upload resumes and manage them. Candidates decide which resumes will be visible for searching and viewing and which will not.

Searching and viewing Candidate resumes is accessible to Employers.

The Job Board is not responsible for the accuracy of the information published in resumes.

Each uploaded resume is individually approved by the Job Board. The Job Board reserves the right to deny approval of resumes and/or delete any published content.

The Job Board is not responsible to Candidates for any damages that may arise from using the Job Board and/or posting resumes.
