Shipbuilding Metalworker / Pipefitter (m/f)

B.M.K. d.o.o. is hiring locksmiths and pipefitters in shipbuilding

Company B.M.K. has 120 employees and has been continuously working at the same worksites for 15 years, and contracts and performs work on the engine rooms of cruise ships and military vessels on a 'turnkey' basis.

About the job

Work is carried out on the construction of new ships, including Disney cruise ships, Carnival Cruise Line ships, and military vessels. Pipe installation and metalwork element assembly are performed on the ships.

Work takes place in shipyards in Papenburg, Rostock, and Wismar in Germany. The company's headquarters are located in Zagreb, and we have offices in Germany in Papenburg and Rostock.

We currently have contracted work for the next two and a half years, and due to the increased volume of work, we are looking for locksmiths and pipefitters to fulfill the contracted obligations.

Net hourly rates range from €12-16, depending on knowledge and experience.

Requirements

• at least 4 years of work experience preferred
• experience in locksmith, pipefitter, or assistant locksmith/pipefitter jobs
• responsibility, seriousness, and readiness to work in shipbuilding
