Locksmith / Installer (m/f)

Solidum Mont s.r.o. is looking for experienced locksmiths / fitters - only EU citizens will be considered.

Place of work: area around Cologne, Germany

This is a long-term maintenance job. If you have experience working with metal, assembly, and locksmith work, join our team!

Responsibilities

• manufacture and assembly of metal structures and parts
• maintenance and repair of equipment
• reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans
• cooperation with other team members to achieve goals
• ensuring quality and precision in work

Working hours

• work is performed 7 days a week, 10 hours a day, and every 2nd week of the month 1 day off can be arranged, depending on the agreement at the construction site
• after 6 to 8 weeks of work, it is possible to take one week of vacation, if the worker wishes

Required

• technical education (locksmith, mechanical technician, or related profession)
• at least 1-3 years of experience in the same or similar jobs
• holding a category B driving licence
• good knowledge of metalworking procedures and techniques
• ability to work in a team with willingness for continuous improvement
• conscientious, responsible, and precise approach to work
• basic knowledge of technical documentation and drawings is desirable
• flexibility and adaptability to different work tasks
• knowledge of German and/or English is an advantage, but not a requirement
• the employer is only able to employ candidates with EU citizenship

• starting hourly rate of €13 net, with the possibility of an increase depending on experience and commitment
