B.M.K. d.o.o. is hiring fitters, welders and pipefitters in shipbuilding

Company B.M.K. has 120 employees and has been continuously working at the same sites for 15 years, and contracts and carries out work on the engine rooms of cruise ships and military vessels on a 'turnkey' basis.

About the job

Work is carried out on the construction of new ships, including Disney cruise ships, Carnival Cruise Line ships and military vessels. Pipe installation and welding as well as metal fitting work are performed on the ships.

The work takes place in shipyards in Papenburg, Rostock and Wismar in Germany. The company's headquarters are in Zagreb, and we have offices in Germany in Papenburg and Rostock.

We currently have contracted work for the next two and a half years and, due to the increased volume of work, we are looking for fitters, welders and pipefitters to fulfill the contracted obligations.

Net hourly rates range from €14-22, depending on knowledge and experience.

Requirements

• preferably at least 4 years of work experience
• experience in fitter, welder, pipefitter or assistant fitter/pipefitter positions
• responsibility, seriousness and willingness to work in shipbuilding
• candidates with and without EU citizenship will be considered
