Fasegra d.o.o. is hiring a construction worker for finishing works.

Place of work: Zagreb, Croatia

We are looking for a motivated and skilled person to join our team in Zagreb for the position of construction worker for finishing works.

Job details

• performing finishing works in construction, including skim coating, plastering, and painting interior and exterior surfaces
• preparing surfaces for treatment, including cleaning, protection, and applying primer
• professional execution of facade systems, including insulation and finishing layers
• using and maintaining tools and work equipment
• complying with safety regulations on the construction site
• ensuring high quality of completed work within the given deadlines
• maintaining tidiness and cleanliness of the workspace

Contract type

• Permanent - full-time employment

Requirements

• minimum completed primary school or vocational secondary education
• work experience of 1 to 3 years in similar jobs, more is also welcome
• active knowledge and experience in skim coating, plastering, painting and decorating, and facade work
• independence, precision, and responsibility at work
• readiness for teamwork and cooperation

Preferred

• Category B driving licence
• knowledge of various techniques and materials for finishing works
• ability to read and understand simple technical drawings
• proactivity in solving problems on the construction site
• organization and efficiency in performing tasks
