Industrial packing of large and small machines and parts using various methods and standards with the aim of safe packing, transport, and delivery to customers worldwide.
Work is performed exclusively in halls and enclosed spaces.
Break rooms, a canteen with hot meals, and sanitary facilities are available at the workplace.
Workers handle various machines (cranes, forklifts, hoists) and tools (pneumatic guns, drills, welders, burners, etc.).

Note
During the first week of work, candidates must have their own work clothes and footwear. After that, the necessary equipment is provided by the employer. This practice was introduced because for some candidates it became apparent during the first few days that they did not meet the requirements to continue working.
Salary information

The salary amount varies significantly depending on experience, skills, permits, and whether accommodation is paid for or not.
The starting salary can be negotiated depending on the candidate's experience, knowledge, and additional qualifications:
work experience, driver's license
forklift operating permit
crane operating permit
knowledge of German
references from previous employers
valid certificate of no criminal record
medical certificate of fitness for work and absence of addiction
Candidates who do not meet any of the listed conditions cannot negotiate the amount of the starting salary.

Working hours
Working hours: 8 hours per day (breaks not included).
Overtime and Saturday work are properly paid according to the agreed rate.
Possible Saturday work up to a maximum of 2 times per month.
Up to a maximum of 10.5 working hours per day, that is up to a maximum of 48 hours per week.
Workers are expected to be willing to work in shifts: first shift 08:00 - 16:30, second shift 13:00 - 21:30.
