Automotive Logistics Coordinator (m/f)

EPADA d.o.o. is looking for a responsible, organized, and communicative person for the position of automotive logistics coordinator in the Port of Koper.

Job description and tasks

• coordination of vehicle movement within the logistics process in the Port of Koper,
• organization and coordination of daily operational activities,
• managing larger groups of employees and assigning work tasks,
• professional communication with clients, drivers, warehouses, terminals, and other participants in the process,
• organization of vehicle pickup and handover,
• monitoring deadlines, transport, and documentation,
• entering and updating data in information systems,
• quick and efficient resolution of operational challenges and unforeseen situations,
• preparation of reports and administrative support for logistics processes,
• ensuring smooth workflow and achievement of operational goals.

We expect from candidates

• at least a secondary school education,
• experience in logistics, transport, work organization, or the automotive industry is desirable,
• experience in managing teams or larger groups of employees is an advantage,
• good computer skills, especially MS Office package,
• organization, accuracy, and responsibility at work,
• ability to communicate professionally,
• ability to react quickly and make decisions in dynamic situations,
• willingness to learn the Slovenian language,
• category B driving license,
• willingness to work in a team and in a dynamic work environment.
