For work throughout Austria and Germany we are looking for:

CHEFS / ASSISTANT CHEFS

SEASONAL JOB OR YEAR-ROUND

For the upcoming winter season or year-round employment, on behalf of our clients - hotels and restaurants, a larger number of workers is needed for the following positions:

Austria:

Kitchen staff - €1,500-4,000 net, 14 salaries per year

- Head Chef - from €2,500 to €4,000 net

- Deputy Head Chef / Sous Chef - from €2,000 to €2,500 net

- Shift Leader / Chef de Partie - from €1,900 to €2,500 net

- Pastry Chef / Patissier - from €1,900 to €2,300 net 

- Deputy Shift Leader / Demi de Partie - from €1,700 to €1,900 net

- Breakfast Cook - from €1,600 to €1,900 net

- Assistant Chef / Commis de Cuisine - from €1,500 to €1,700 net

- Dishwasher / Kitchen Assistant - from €1,500 to €1,700 net

Main duties:

• preparation / mis-en-place for all menus
• preparation, cooking and presentation of food in accordance with hotel/restaurant standards, including staff meals according to the instructions of senior chefs
• ensuring that work areas are always clean, safe and tidy

The ideal candidate will:

• have work experience in a 4* or 5* hotel or fine dining restaurant
• have strong communication and organizational skills: these are essential because this is a demanding dynamic job
• be flexible to work different shifts, including weekends, evenings and occasionally early mornings
• speak German and/or English fluently
