Central Heating and Air Conditioning Installer (m/f)

The job includes installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in commercial and residential buildings. Work is carried out on new constructions as well as on renovations of existing buildings.

Key tasks include:

• Installation and connection of heating and cooling pipes according to technical documentation
• Installation of ventilation ducts, air conditioning units, boilers, heat pumps, and other equipment
• Preparation of materials and tools and performing assembly in accordance with plans and safety standards
• Testing of systems after installation to verify functionality and efficiency
• Maintenance and repairs of HVAC systems as needed
• Cooperation with other technical teams on the construction site

• Permanent employment contract

Requirements and benefits:

• Knowledge of German or English, spoken and written, is an advantage but not required
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of heating and cooling system installation
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and apply them in assembly
• Reliability, accuracy, and diligence
• Initiative, communication skills, and responsibility
• Good health and physical fitness
• Ability to independently handle tools for heating system installation
• Secondary education
• Category B driving license

• For candidates who do not have EU citizenship, we arrange Croatian work permits; in this case, candidates with a valid diploma in the profession are considered
