Split Air Conditioner Installer / Assistant Installer (m/f)

We are looking for workers for split air conditioner installation.

Work in Germany.

Due to an increased volume of work, we are looking for workers for split air conditioner installation for work in Germany.

We are looking for people with experience, but also people without experience who are motivated to work and willing to learn. For candidates without experience, training is first organized in Slovenia, after which the candidates go to work in Germany.

The job includes the installation of standard split air conditioners, as well as multi-split systems, for example systems with one outdoor and three indoor units.

Working conditions and salary

• Assistant without experience: from €2,300
• Installer with experience: from €2,900
• Master technician / supervisor of multiple teams: from €4,000
• Accommodation, transport, and the necessary tools for work are provided. In the accommodation, each worker has their own room.
• An additional bonus is paid for each installed air conditioner.
