Ventilation Systems Installer (m/f)

Company VATN GmbH is hiring ventilation system installers to work in Austria.

For work in Austria, 2 to 4 workers are needed immediately, and later another 4 workers during July.

About the job

The job includes installing ventilation systems on various projects in Austria.

The work is carried out in a team, in cooperation with supervisors and other team members.

Main tasks

• installation and assembly of ventilation systems
• work according to technical drawings
• adapting to different projects according to the company's needs
• cooperation with supervisors and team members
• compliance with safety standards and regulations at the construction site

Requirements

• Candidates are expected to have:
  • experience in installing ventilation systems
  • understanding of different ventilation technologies and materials
  • ability to read technical drawings
  • independence at work
  • ability to work in a team
  • reliability and responsibility
  • at least basic knowledge of the German language

Working hours

• The working week lasts 4 days, i.e. 38.5 hours per week.
• Work is also done on Fridays if needed, depending on deadlines and construction site organization.

Accommodation

• The company covers the employee's accommodation costs for the days worked.

Return home

• The company already employs 10 workers from Croatia, mostly from Međimurje and Podravina, who return home in the company's official vehicles (usually on a weekly basis)

Salary

• The salary is according to the collective agreement, from €2,571.94 gross, with supplements.
• The final amount depends on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and independence.
