Production Operator (m/f)

We are looking for a larger number of employees for the position of production operator.

Work location: Factories in Ljubljana and Škofja Loka (Slovenia)

ABOUT THE COMPANY

LTH has 75 years of tradition and experience in the development, casting, processing, and assembly of highly complex aluminum components, as well as toolmaking for their production. Our customers are companies from the automotive industry who have chosen us as their preferred development partner and supplier.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• operating foundry and processing machines, as well as preparing the workplace, tools, and materials for work,
• performing basic adjustments and monitoring machine operating parameters in accordance with technological instructions,
• checking the operation of machines, tools, and associated systems (hydraulic, cooling, tempering),
• participating in the replacement, assembly, and disassembly of tools and basic machine adjustments,
• inspecting castings or products, identifying defects, and performing minor repairs or additional operations,
• completing and maintaining work and control documentation,
• maintaining order, cleanliness, and tidiness of the workplace in accordance with the 5S standard and performing basic self-maintenance.

KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES

• appropriate education: level III, IV, or V,
• willingness to work in shifts (three or four shifts),
• candidates with production work experience have an advantage in the selection process,
• conscientiousness, reliability, and precision at work,
• motivation to work.
