Foreman for Central Heating, Cooling and Ventilation (m/f)

Cunifer d.o.o., a company with many years of experience in the installation of heating, cooling, ventilation and sanitary systems, is hiring 4 site supervisors on construction sites (Vorarbeitere) to lead teams in Germany.

Your tasks include

• leading and coordinating a group of installers and auxiliary workers (8+ team members),
• organizing work on the construction site in cooperation with the client,
• taking over projects and carrying out installation according to technical documentation.

We expect

• a minimum of secondary vocational education in metalworking or a technical field,
• many years of experience in heating, cooling, ventilation, sanitary and drainage work,
• at least 3 years of experience in leadership positions in HSL installation (Gebäudetechnik),
• sufficient knowledge of German or English for communication and coordination on the construction site.
