Optical Network Construction Worker - (Civil Works & Blowing)

Work location: Bavaria region, Germany (Logistics from Berlin)

We are looking for motivated workers for external FTTH network construction - from the main line to the house wall.

Job Description

• Excavation and laying:
  • Digging trenches at a depth of 45–60 cm and preparing "rocket pits", using pneumatic "rockets" according to the plan.
• Fiber blowing:
  • Working with devices for blowing cables through microducts to the building.
• Digital documentation:
  • Mandatory photographing of all work phases (before starting, trench depth, installed material) via the Sugar CRM application.
• Site restoration:
  • Professional restoration of paving/tiles and green areas after the work is completed.

What do we expect?

• Experience in civil engineering or telecommunications
• Basic knowledge of working with smartphones (for Sugar CRM)
• Responsibility for tools and vehicle (each worker receives a complete set of tools and an equipped van)
• Precision at work - strict technical standards
• Knowledge of English
