Due to team expansion, they are inviting a new associate to join them for the position of:
Professional Associate for Project Supervision and Management

The Professional Associate will be responsible for:
- preparing detailed engineering for projects
- completing construction logs
- maintaining DZO documentation
- managing construction sites in Slovenia and abroad
- preparing work orders and handing over projects for work preparation
- monitoring schedules
- independent construction site supervision and advising investors within the scope of work
- carrying out technical and operational preparation and project implementation
- preparing detailed engineering for individual projects
- creating work orders and handing them over for work preparation
- designing cleanroom solutions and preparing technical drawings and plans for their execution
- finding and developing optimal solutions to ensure the functionality and quality of cleanrooms
- supervising the implementation of specific projects and monitoring their compliance with plans
- cooperating with other departments in coordinating activities within the scope of work
- participating in the preparation of offers and discussions with clients
- resolving complaints within the scope of work
- optimizing and digitizing procedures, techniques, and working methods
- preparing materials, documentation, reports, and other documents within the scope of work
- maintaining the tidiness of the workspace
- performing other tasks in accordance with available knowledge, work experience, and qualifications

We expect candidates to have
- Level VI technical education, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, or a related field
- experience in project management and the ability to work independently
- understanding of technical documentation and technical drawings
- active knowledge of English, knowledge of French or German is desirable
- knowledge of GMP and GDP standards is desirable
- excellent knowledge of computer tools: AutoDesk, MS Office, Revit 3D, BIM 360
- willingness to work abroad
