Company EPADA d.o.o. is looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive person for the position of warehouse shift manager in Ljubljana and Celje.

We are inviting to our team a person who will be responsible for the efficient organization and smooth running of the warehouse shift.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Managing, organizing, and supervising the work of the warehouse shift
• Planning and coordinating the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Ensuring optimal use of warehouse capacity
• Assigning, directing, and supervising employees' work
• Maintaining records and documentation and preparing reports
• Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health regulations

• Experience in team leadership, preferably in warehouse operations
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Independence, responsibility, and reliability at work
• Ability to plan, assign, and coordinate tasks
• Knowledge of warehouse processes and documentation
