MERCEDES announced that, based on the preliminary results for the 2023 financial year published today, eligible employees are expected to receive a profit-sharing bonus of up to 7,300 euros. As a token of appreciation for their performance and commitment over the past year, Mercedes-Benz is once again sharing the company's success with its employees.

The bonus comes with the April salary

The amount of the profit share is independent of the pay grade, and the final amount depends on the determination of the final results for the past financial year in March 2024. The profit-sharing scheme is a voluntary compensation offered by the company, and around 91,000 qualified employees in Germany will receive it with their April 2024 salary.

As a sign of gratitude for the exceptional performance and high flexibility our colleagues demonstrated in 2023, their extraordinary dedication will once again be honored with a profit-sharing bonus that is expected to be a record amount.

Employees on the collective pay scale at Mercedes-Benz have benefited from profit-sharing since 1997. For the 2022 financial year, eligible employees had already received bonuses up to the maximum amount of 7,300 euros.
