Employer MPACK u. E. Mario Perkovic from Germany is currently looking for workers for the position of industrial packer in Bavaria, specifically in the towns of Burglengenfeld and Waldmünchen.

This is a permanent job with organized accommodation, paid travel from Croatia to Germany, and the possibility of advancement.

What does the job include?

The job of an industrial packer involves packing large and small machines and parts according to various methods and standards, so that the goods safely reach customers around the world. The work is performed exclusively in indoor halls, so weather conditions do not affect daily tasks. During the shift, workers handle machines such as cranes, forklifts, and hoists, and also use tools such as pneumatic guns, drills, and welding machines.

At the workplace, rest areas, a canteen with hot meals, and sanitary facilities are provided, so the basic working conditions are covered from the first day.

Working hours and conditions

The working day lasts 8 hours, and the employer organizes work in two shifts, from 8 to 16.30 or from 13 to 21.30. Work on Saturdays is possible no more than 2 times per month, and overtime hours and weekend work are paid according to the agreed rate. Weekly working hours do not exceed 48 hours.

Experience in a warehouse, carpentry, or construction is an advantage, but it is not a requirement for applying. Knowledge of German or English is appreciated, as is a category B driver's license, but none of that is mandatory. Work clothes and footwear are required only during the first week of work, after which the employer provides the equipment.

Salary and benefits

For candidates with work experience, knowledge of the German language, or additional permits, the hourly rate can be significantly more attractive than the starting one.

The contract is concluded for an indefinite period, with a probation period of 6 months. The employer provides registration and accommodation, and for workers coming from Croatia also covers travel expenses and a meal on the first day. Workers are entitled to 24 days of annual leave, and for those who advance to leading positions, additional benefits are предусмотрены, such as a company vehicle.
