Employees of Privredna banka Zagreb will receive an annual salary supplement in December totaling 1,333 euros, which also includes a gift voucher.

INA has announced a net Christmas bonus of 331.81 euros for its workers, along with a separate gift for children, journalist Jakov Sedlar writes for net.hr.

Of the announced 1,333 euros, 133 euros refer to the gift voucher, so the remaining part of the supplement amounts to 1,200 euros. The bank stated that every employee will receive the supplement. The entire announced amount therefore should not be presented as money that will be deposited into employees' accounts.

INA keeps last year's Christmas bonus

INA will pay the same Christmas bonus amount as last year, in accordance with the valid collective agreement. The payment will cover all workers of INA Group companies in Croatia, nearly 8,000 of them.

In addition to the Christmas bonus, workers are also entitled to 132.72 euros net for each child up to 15 years of age. For example, for an employee who has one child for whom they exercise that right, the Christmas bonus and gift together amount to 464.53 euros net.

The announcements by PBZ and INA refer to different types of supplements, so they should be compared accordingly. PBZ announced the total annual supplement including the voucher, while INA separately stated the net Christmas bonus and the gift for children. For employees, therefore, in addition to the amount itself, it is also important what it includes and in what form it will be paid.
