Experienced Dairy Farm Assistant (m/f/d) required

Permanent position with free accommodation provided and salary of €34,000 per year (€2833 per month)

Our client, nestled in the heart of Meath, is currently overseeing 550 cows on 530 acres. They practice sustainable farming, ensuring they practice the principles of high-quality milk production. We invite an experienced Dairy Farm Assistant to become part of their core farm operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute the milking process with precision, maintaining efficiency and hygiene at the highest standards. Proactively monitor and track cattle health, promptly addressing concerns with the farm manager and facilitating veterinary interventions when necessary. Keep barns, milking parlours, and farm facilities clean and organized. Contribute to calving, breeding, and record-keeping, maintaining high standards of animal care and welfare.

Experience: A minimum of three years of practical experience in the dairy sector with a proven track record of excellent verbal communication, must be fluent in English.
