Kaufland Hrvatska continues with intensive investments in its human resources and has announced a new wave of salary increases that comes into effect in March this year.

According to official information from the company, employee salaries will be on average 8% higher compared to 2025, thus continuing the multi-year trend of growth in material rights within this retail chain.

Store earnings increased by 59% in three years

This decision represents a continuation of the systematic reward policy under which, in the last three years, earnings in non-managerial positions have increased by almost 60%. Data analysis shows that the increase covered all key business segments, with the highest growth of 64% recorded at the Logistics-Distribution Center in Jastrebarsko. At the same time, the salaries of store employees in the same period increased by a total of 59%, while the earnings of employees at Headquarters rose by 44%.

The company's management points out that the primary goal of such investments is to ensure the long-term financial stability of employees and create a motivating work environment that recognizes individual contribution and effort. In addition to competitive earnings, Kaufland also focuses on developing the competencies of its employees through various training programs, thereby further strengthening its position in the labor market.

On the occasion of the new salary increase, Management Board President Patrick Rudat emphasized the importance of the role of each individual in the success of the entire organization.

'Our employees are the key to success'

'I am proud that we can continuously thank our employees in a very concrete way for their daily commitment, and that is through another salary increase. Our employees are the key to our success and constantly contribute to the quality of our service and positive results. I am glad that we can provide them with above-average earnings and a long-term development perspective,' Rudat stated.

With this move, Kaufland confirms its status as one of the leading employers in the retail sector, adapting to economic circumstances and the needs of its teams in order to maintain the high level of service quality for which it is recognized among customers throughout Croatia.
