Multiple Industrial Packers Needed in Germany with Accommodation and Salaries up to €4,000
03/18/2026

The German labor market is once again opening its doors to Croatian workers, and this time the focus is on the south of the country, more precisely the Bavaria region.
Company MPACK owned by Mario Perković has announced a vacancy for a larger number of employees for the position of industrial packer (m/f) in the town of Pfronten. This opportunity is attracting great attention due to exceptionally competitive working conditions, provided accommodation, and a transparent advancement system that enables employees to earn between 2,400 and 4,000 euros gross.
What exactly does the job of an industrial packer include?
Although the title of the position sounds technical, the role of an industrial packer is in practice very concrete and crucial for the global supply chain.
Simply put, packers are specialists who prepare large and small industrial machines for safe transport around the world. Their task is not merely placing items into boxes, but applying special methods and standards to ensure that expensive equipment reaches the end customer undamaged. The work is performed exclusively in enclosed and modernly equipped halls, which provides workers with protection from weather conditions. During the work process, various tools are used such as pneumatic guns, drills, and welders, while cranes, forklifts, and hoists are used to move heavier loads.
Excellent financial conditions and salary growth dynamics
The financial package offered by MPACK is designed to reward loyalty and the acquisition of new skills.
The starting salary amounts to 2,400 euros gross, with the note that the employer fully covers accommodation costs. Workers can expect the first increase of 300 euros gross after just the first 3 months of work. The company's long-term goal is for a worker to reach the level of 3,000 euros gross after one year of independent work, while more experienced individuals in leading positions or those with previous knowledge in industrial packaging can negotiate a salary reaching up to 4,000 euros gross.
All overtime hours, as well as any work on Saturdays which is limited to a maximum of 2 times per month, are properly recorded and paid according to the agreed rate.
Modern benefits and employment stability
Employees are provided with a permanent contract with a standard probation period of 6 months. In addition to the employer resolving the issue of accommodation and registration, workers are also paid travel expenses and a meal upon their first arrival from Croatia to Germany. Within the work complex, modern rest areas, sanitary facilities, and a canteen serving hot meals are available. Annual leave lasts 24 working days and is planned in accordance with legal directives. For those who show ambition, the company offers the possibility of professional development, while leading positions also bring additional benefits such as a company vehicle or special accommodation conditions.
Application requirements and candidate profile
Ideal candidates are persons with previous experience in warehousing, carpentry, or construction work, but this is not an exclusive requirement. Knowledge of computer work and basic knowledge of German or English is desirable, but readiness to work in shifts is key. The first shift lasts from 08:00 to 16:30, while the second shift includes work from 13:00 to 21:30. It is important to emphasize that possession of valid European Union documents or a residence permit in Germany is a mandatory prerequisite for establishing employment.
Simple application process for interested candidates
The selection process has been simplified as much as possible in order to make access to information easier for candidates. To apply, it is necessary to fill out a short online form that does not take much time. Although a CV is desirable, it is optional in the first step, which enables quick communication with the potential employer. The vacancy remains open until 26.03.2026, and all interested parties can send their applications here.
This vacancy represents a textbook example of a modern approach to employment in which the employer takes on the burden of logistics, such as accommodation and travel expenses, in order to attract quality labor. The Bavaria region, known for its industrial strength, offers the stability that many workers in Croatia are looking for, and the transparent raise system clearly shows that effort and progress are valued.
Given the cooperation with renowned clients such as Siemens and DMG Mori, working at MPACK offers not only immediate financial benefit, but also the opportunity to gain references that are valued on a global level. For workers seeking secure employment with a clear growth perspective, this is an opportunity worth seriously considering.
