Employees of Hrvatske autoceste have been promised a Christmas bonus of 200 euros, and in Hrvatske ceste 250 euros. HŽ Infrastruktura and HŽ Putnički prijevoz have also announced 250 euros each.

The amounts were first learned and published on 19 October 2026 by net.hr.

The number of recipients will depend on employment

In Hrvatske autoceste, the Christmas bonus remains the same as last year, 200 euros tax-free, according to the collective agreement. Workers who are employed at the time of payment are entitled to it. The final number of recipients will therefore be known immediately before payment.

Workers of Hrvatske ceste will receive a Christmas bonus of 250 euros. In its response to net.hr, the company stated that it has 486 employees. The exact amount of money it will allocate in total for Christmas bonuses will depend on the number of workers in the month of payment.

For HŽ Infrastruktura, 1.34 million euros planned

HŽ Infrastruktura has prepared 1,340,000 euros, counting on approximately 5,360 workers and a Christmas bonus of 250 euros. The final payment will depend on the actual number of workers who qualify. In HŽ Putnički prijevoz, the same amount has been announced for 1,690 workers.
