Dynamic everyday work and working in a familiar area

The working day of a delivery driver is designed to be extremely dynamic, which is why time at work passes very quickly. At the beginning of the working day, the employee picks up parcels at the central warehouse, followed by independent loading and organization of the optimal delivery schedule so that the route is as logical as possible. This is followed by the delivery of parcels to end customers in the field, as well as occasional pickup of parcels from various partner companies, and after the completion of all work, the driver returns to the warehouse area.

A major advantage of this job lies in the fact that the work takes place in a fixed and permanent delivery area, which allows the employee to fully get to know the terrain in a very short time, master all routes and traffic specifics, and therefore the job becomes significantly easier, faster, more efficient over time and turns into a routine.

To perform this job, previous work experience in courier services is not required at all because the employer has provided detailed onboarding and full support from more experienced colleagues from the very beginning.

The starting salary ranges from 1,500 euros to 2,000 euros, but that is only the basis on which additional financial bonuses are regularly calculated depending on achieved performance and the total number of successfully delivered parcels.

Payments are completely regular and reliable, and working hours are organized exclusively in morning shifts from Monday to Friday, which means that weekends and public holidays are completely free for rest and family. In addition, the company provides each worker with an official vehicle and all accompanying equipment necessary for uninterrupted work, and the benefits package includes paid annual leave, vacation allowance, and a Christmas bonus whose amount depends on the individual's achieved efficiency.

Although it is a company with Croatian roots, the employment itself is completely legal, transparent, and aligned with Slovenian legislation, which means that all mandatory contributions and pension and health insurance are paid regularly and according to the contract, while every hour worked is properly recorded.

The profile of the ideal candidate includes possession of a valid category B driver's license, seriousness in approaching work tasks, a high level of responsibility, punctuality, a positive attitude toward work and colleagues, and basic organizational skills. Careful handling and care of the entrusted company vehicle and equipment are also expected, as well as general readiness for movement and dynamics.
