Pipe Fitter (m/f)

Pipefitters are wanted pipefitters to work in Austria and Germany.

The salary for 190 hours, depending on qualifications and experience, is from €2850 to €3420 net.

Job description

• Independent fabrication, production, joining, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of pipeline parts, supports, brackets, structural components in the field of industrial assembly and pipeline construction in pipeline systems, supply and pressure pipeline systems such as water, gas, wastewater, oil, district heating
• Independent preparation of pipeline parts (measuring/cutting/preparation/installation/weld preparation/spot welding) and assembly in accordance with leak tightness and applicable standards and regulations
• Performing maintenance, repair, servicing, or inspection work
• Installation of pipeline parts such as flanges/connections/valves/dampers/shut-off devices into existing systems and pipelines
• Reading construction drawings, plans, isometric drawings, diagrams
• Creating sketches and technical drawings of parts
• Work on scaffolding/platforms/ladders/cranes

Job requirements

• Several years of experience in welding pipelines and/or tanks
• Education/training in metallurgy and qualification for welding
• Mobility, willingness to work and travel for assignments in Austria and southern Germany
• Knowledge of German and English is an advantage
