Finished Car Seat Quality Control Specialist (m/f)

For our client, a leading manufacturer of car seats in 74172 Neckarsulm, we are looking for 3 EMPLOYEES FOR QUALITY CONTROL OF FINISHED SEATS.

Candidate arrival is expected by Sunday, 08.06.2025.

Activities / Tasks:

• Quality control of seats for Audi luxury vehicles
• Possible corrections and elimination of minor defects/errors
• Work in 3 shifts on a weekly rotation

Requirements:

• Citizenship of an EU member state
• German language from B1
• Dexterity and agility (sitting in the car, checking certain items according to instructions) – the job is physically easy, but requires agility, as the seats being inspected are already installed in the vehicle
• Willingness to work in 3 shifts

Salary:

Start = 14.85 EUR gross/hour + 15.00 EUR net/bonus per working day = approx. 1,930 EUR net per month for tax class 1 (single) for 151 hours per month. Additionally calculated amount for completed:

Night work = +25%, overtime 25%, Sundays 50%, holidays 100%

The hourly rate increases over time in intervals (3/6/9/12 months).

Accommodation and transport to work:

• accommodation provided in the area with registration at the address (2-bed room) - price from 450 EUR is deducted from the salary). Accommodation is located in 74076 Heilbronn, approx. 5 km from work – 20 minutes by public transport
• in the first 2 weeks employees start with training at Magna (approx. 15 km from accommodation) and during this time have free taxi transport to and from work. After that, they move to Audi Werk (approx. 5 km – easily accessible by public transport)
