Car Seat Production Worker (m/f)

For our client, a leading car seat manufacturer in 86633 Neuburg an der Donau, we are looking for several employees in car seat production.

Activities / Tasks:

• Assembly and installation of seat parts (backrest, seat, headrest)
• Cable installation
• Ironing and fitting seat covers
• Installation of elements according to blueprints
• Work in 3 shifts on a weekly rotation

Requirements:

• Citizenship of an EU member state
• German language not required (international team)
• Willingness to work in 3 shifts
• Advantage for candidates with a driver's license and car

Salary:

Start = 14.85 EUR gross/hour + 10.00 EUR net/bonus per working day = approx. 1,830 EUR net

per month for tax class 1 (single) for 151 hours per month. Salary supplement for 1 week of night

shifts = approx. 130 EUR

Night work = +25%, overtime 25%, Sundays 50%, holidays 100%

Base salary increases periodically in intervals after 3/6/9/12 months of work.
