
We are looking for an experienced and responsible construction site manager of electrical engineering discipline who will take full responsibility for work organization, team management, and professional and timely execution of electrical works on our projects.
Minimum of work experience of 3 to 5 years.

The job includes strong and weak current electrical installations in industry, residential construction, and office spaces.

Salary and Benefits
- Net salary from €3,300.00 to €4,600.00 per month
- Net hourly rate from €15 to €20 (depending on agreement and work experience)

Requirements
- At least 3 years of work experience required, preferably 5 years, for positions managing electrical construction sites
- CV is mandatory. Please list the projects you have managed or completed. References are desirable (if you have them)
- Knowledge of Croatian (native) and German language (A2) required
- Completed secondary school in electrical engineering or related field required
- EU citizens and workers with a valid EU work permit have an advantage (but candidates from third countries such as Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, etc. are also considered)

Job Description and Responsibilities
- Management and execution of works
- Organization and supervision of strong and weak current electrical installations, lightning protection installations, fire alarm systems, and automation systems
- Mandatory knowledge of reading electrical engineering plans, single-line diagrams, and complex automation diagrams (KNX, smart homes)
- Ensuring that all works are carried out in accordance with the main and detailed project
- Planning and administration
- Preparation of dynamic work schedules and operational site management
- Independent management of the construction log and construction book (calculation sheets), as needed
- Coordination and management
- Managing a team of fitters, electricians, and subcontractors with strict implementation of occupational safety measures
- Coordination of works with other disciplines on site (construction workers, mechanical engineers) and cooperation with the supervising engineer
- Testing
- Organization of final measurements and testing of installations (insulation resistance, continuity, etc.) and preparation of documentation for technical inspection (as needed)
