Job Description

• Industrial packaging of large and small machines and parts using various methods and standards to ensure safe packaging, transport, and delivery to customers worldwide.
• Work is performed exclusively in halls and indoor spaces.
• Break rooms, a canteen with hot meals, and sanitary facilities are available at the workplace.
• Workers operate various machines (cranes, forklifts, hoists) and tools (pneumatic guns, drills, welding machines, torches, etc.).

Working Hours

• Working hours: 8 hours per day (breaks not included).
• Overtime and Saturday work are paid according to the agreed rate.
• Possible Saturday work up to a maximum of 2 times per month.
• Maximum of 10.5 working hours per day, or up to a maximum of 48 hours per week.
• Employees are expected to be willing to work in shifts: first shift 08:00 - 16:30, second shift 13:00 - 21:30.

Salary and Conditions

• Starting salary: €2,400 gross + paid accommodation.
• Salary range: €2,400 - €4,000 gross.
• After one year, the goal is an increase to €3,000 gross + paid accommodation with independent work.
• First increase already after 3 months: +€300 gross.

Further advancement depends on knowledge, commitment, and acquired skills.

Workers with experience in industrial packaging have the right to negotiate a higher starting salary.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, carpentry, or construction is desirable.
• Category B driving license is desirable but not mandatory.
• Good computer skills.
• German and English language (preferred).
