Steel Structure Fitter (m/f)

We are looking for workers for assembly of steel structures at construction sites, mainly in the construction of industrial halls. The job includes assembling and installing structures, installing interior equipment, and other similar tasks. The work is similar to the re-mount work model.

Required education, knowledge and skills

• motivation, seriousness, desire to work and earn well
• independence and precision at work

Experience in assembly is not required - all necessary skills and knowledge are acquired on site.

Basic physical fitness is desirable.

Don't worry if you have no experience - we will teach you everything you need, and you will receive complete equipment and support.

The employer can only hire candidates with EU citizenship or regulated residence in the EU.

The employer offers

• hourly wage 15–18€ net, depending on engagement
• paid and secured accommodation + transport to work
• provided work equipment and tools
• permanent employment with a 3-month probation period
• work in a stable company and a friendly environment

Working hours

• Monday–Friday, 10 hours per day
• weekends are free
