Job description

We are looking for a reliable and motivated industrial hall assembler to work on the assembly of steel structures, panels, and industrial equipment. Our team works on projects across Europe, and we now have an open position in Nokia, Finland, where you will work on the construction and installation of large building structures.

Main responsibilities include:

• assembly of industrial structures and panels
• working according to technical drawings and instructions
• teamwork on the construction site

What do we offer?

• starting hourly wage is 17 €
• fixed-term employment with the possibility of extension
• regular pay and hourly rates by agreement, depending on experience
• accommodation and organized transport to work
• guaranteed return home (Finland → Croatia/region) every 4-5 weeks
• support from a professional team during the project

What do we expect?

• previous work experience in assembly of structures, industry, or related field
• accuracy, diligence, and willingness to work abroad
• having a category B driving license is an advantage
• knowledge of English or Finnish is an advantage
• willingness to work at heights and in a dynamic environment
