Work location: field, Germany

T.Mont d.o.o. is a company specialized in the assembly of metal structures and industrial halls. Due to business expansion, we are looking for new team members for field work in Germany.

Job description:

• The job includes assembling steel structures, roof and facade panels, and other elements at construction sites throughout Germany. Work is performed in teams, often at heights, in a dynamic construction environment.

Main tasks:

• Assembly of steel structures for industrial and warehouse halls
• Installation of columns, supports, roof and wall panels
• Reading technical documentation and performing assembly according to blueprints
• Working with lifting devices (work platforms, forklifts, cranes)
• Ensuring workplace safety and proper use of protective equipment
• Cooperation with the assembly manager and other team members

We expect:

• Experience in assembling metal structures, especially halls
• Ability to work at heights
• Basic knowledge of welding (an advantage, not a requirement)
• Category B driving license
• Willingness to work abroad (Germany)
• Responsibility, precision, and a tendency for teamwork

In addition to hiring candidates from the EU, there is a possibility of employment for workers from Western Balkan countries (e.g. Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Kosovo).
