Supervisor – Central Heating, Cooling and Ventilation (m/f)

Cunifer d.o.o., a company with many years of experience in the installation of heating, cooling, ventilation, and sanitary systems, is hiring 4 site supervisors on construction sites (Vorarbeitere) to lead teams in Germany.

Your tasks include

• leading and coordinating a group of installers and auxiliary workers (8+ team members),
• organizing work on the construction site in cooperation with the client,
• taking over projects and carrying out installation according to technical documentation.

We expect

• at least secondary education in metal or technical field,
• many years of experience in heating, cooling, ventilation, sanitary, and drainage work,
• at least 3 years of experience in leadership positions in HSL installation (Gebäudetechnik),
• sufficient knowledge of German or English for communication and coordination on site.

Working conditions

• covered travel expenses to/from Croatia,
• possibility to obtain work permits for candidates without EU citizenship (with a valid professional diploma).
