Bosnian Company Makes the Call: Employees to Work 4 Days a Week and Get Higher Salaries

The company Oskar Pharma from Livno has decided to raise the bar when it comes to its workers, so it is introducing a four-day workweek and increasing salaries.
Thus, in addition to the weekend, employees of this company will also have Friday as a non-working day. Otherwise, this past weekend the company celebrated its 10th anniversary of existence and operation.
On that occasion, it gathered 350 guests in Livno – doctors, specialists, and pharmacists from both BiH and Croatia, France, Germany, Austria, and Macedonia.
Besides the beautiful nature and the view of Lake Buško, guests could also enjoy the activities offered by Continetal Adventure – quad rides and electric bicycles.
Livno Bus organized transportation and, in cooperation with partners, visits and tours of certain companies from the Livno and Kupres area engaged in food production, hospitality, flower cultivation, Bljesak reported.
