Construction Site Guards Wanted in Germany with €2,000 Net Pay and Paid Accommodation

The company S Plus d.o.o. has published a job advertisement for hiring several workers for the position of firefighter / guard for work on construction sites (m/f) in Germany.

This is a year-round job with clear conditions, regular income, and provided accommodation and transport, which makes this offer particularly attractive to candidates seeking secure work abroad without complicated employment conditions.

The advertisement is open until 17 October 2026, and the employer emphasizes that these are long-term projects that will last at least six to eight years.

Interested candidates can already apply now via the following link: https://raditi.eu/prijava/741155.

What exactly does a firefighter / guard do on a construction site?

The position of guard on a construction site often causes confusion, so it is important to clarify the nature of the job itself. Workers perform so-called fire watch duties on construction sites, which in practice means monitoring the area, following safety procedures, and being present on site in order to respond in time in case of emergency situations.

The job is not physically demanding and does not include heavy construction work. That is precisely why it is also suitable for candidates without previous experience in construction.

No special qualifications and no CV required

One of the biggest advantages of this advertisement is the fact that candidates do not need to have special education or professional knowledge. The employer is looking for people who are medically fit and in basic physical condition.

Knowledge of one foreign language, either German or English, and a category B driving licence are mandatory. For technical reasons, the employer can hire only citizens of European Union member states.

The application is simplified to the maximum because a CV is not required. It is enough to fill out a short application form, that is, the application quiz here.

Salary, work schedule, and conditions

The employer offers a salary of 2,000 euros net.

Work is organized in a system of 20 working days followed by 10 days of rest at home. Working hours are organized in shifts, and the job is secured throughout the year.

Instead of not knowing from week to week when you will be free, you have a clear work and rest rhythm in advance. This makes life planning easier, from family obligations and medical appointments to private travel and simply time to rest. For people who work abroad, additional value is that returns home are not reduced to 'when possible', but are part of the normal schedule.

Ten days of rest at home is not just a break, but a real opportunity for recovery. In classic work models, many get a weekend or a few vacation days, which is often not enough either for returning from abroad or for the body and mind to truly reset, especially if working in shifts. Here, rest is not incidental, but long enough for a person to truly catch up on sleep, return to routine, spend time with family, and recharge their batteries.

The company fully covers the costs of accommodation and transport, which significantly reduces employees' living expenses and enables greater financial savings. Other details are defined during the conversation with the employer.

Interested candidates can apply already now, and the entire process takes approximately 2 to 3 minutes. You can apply here.
