Croatian company Cunifer d.o.o., specialized in carrying out complex installation works in Germany, has launched a major search for workers in the metalworking and technical professions.

Openings are available for a larger number of workers in the following positions: welder using the TIG process (m/f), pipefitter / isometric drafter (m/f), central heating and air conditioning installer (m/f) and foreman (m/f). For long-term engagement, the employer offers above-average earnings according to German standards, ranging from 2000 to 5000 euros, depending on the position, experience, and other factors, with accommodation and transport provided.

TIG welder (m/f)

For welders (m/f) with experience in the TIG process (black and white pipes), Cunifer offers an exceptionally competitive salary ranging from 2,500 to 4,000 euros. Workers with at least three years of experience are sought, while possession of a valid welding certificate, although an advantage, is not a strict condition for employment.

Candidates are expected to prepare and weld pipes according to technical documentation, which also includes occasional work on welds subject to X-ray inspection.

One of the key benefits the employer offers is arranging the necessary Croatian work permits for candidates who do not have EU citizenship (with a valid professional diploma or certificate), thereby opening the door to workers from outside the Union as well.

Pipefitter / isometric drafter (m/f)

The company is looking for up to four experienced pipefitters / isometric drafters (m/f) for industrial pipeline installation, and the salary for this position varies from 2,000 to 3,800 euros.

Candidates must have at least a secondary vocational education in metalworking or a technical field and at least two years of experience. A key requirement is the independent reading and practical application of isometric drawings. It is important to note that for this position the employer strictly requires EU citizenship or valid EU work papers.

As with all other positions, paid accommodation and transport are provided, and the employer also covers travel costs to and from Croatia.

Central heating and air conditioning installer (m/f)

For central heating and air conditioning installers (m/f), the offered earnings are between 2,000 and 3,700 euros.

Experienced workers with at least two years of experience are sought for the installation of heating and cooling systems in residential and commercial buildings. The job includes installing systems in new builds and renovations, with mandatory reading and application of technical drawings.

The minimum requirement is a secondary vocational education in a relevant field.

Foreman for central heating, cooling, and ventilation (m/f)

This is the best-paid position on offer, with earnings from 3,000 to 5,000 euros. Cunifer is looking for four experienced foremen - Vorarbeiters (m/f) to lead teams of eight or more installers at construction sites in Bavaria.

Candidates are expected to have many years of experience in the installation of HSL systems (heating, cooling, sanitary systems) as well as at least three years of experience in leadership positions in that sector. For this position, sufficient knowledge of German or English is also expected for smooth communication and coordination on the construction site.
