Croatia Airlines Launches New Munich–Brač Route: Flight Frequency Revealed
12/16/2022

CROATIA Airlines announced today that it has introduced a new seasonal route Brač – Munich, in cooperation with Brač Airport and other stakeholders in the Croatian tourism sector, and the aircraft on that route will operate once a week.
Flights on the Brač – Munich route are planned for the period from the end of May to the first half of October 2023, specifically on Saturdays, and Dash 8-Q400 aircraft of Croatia Airlines, with a capacity of 76 seats, will operate on the route.
“That route has significant potential”
Croatia Airlines says that the route has significant potential, given that this year the highest number of foreign tourists to Brač came from Germany, as much as 5 percent more than in the pre-pandemic year 2019.
Croatia Airlines Commercial Director Slaven Žabo said that during the next tourist season they will connect Croatia with a total of 22 international destinations, operate more than 17 thousand flights and offer more than 1.8 million seats, while aircraft will fly on 47 international routes.
“In that context, I would like to remind you that we are again planning charter flights from Graz and Linz to Brač, as well as domestic scheduled flights Zagreb – Brač twice a week, which together with the new Brač – Munich route undoubtedly represents a strong contribution by Croatia Airlines to the operations of Brač Airport, and at the same time to strengthening tourism in Split-Dalmatia County,” Žabo emphasized.
