The AVERAGE monthly paid net salary per employee in legal entities in the City of Zagreb for April this year amounted to 8,815 kuna, which is an increase of 6.6 percent compared to April 2021, according to data from the Statistics Department of the City Office for Strategic Planning and Development of the City of Zagreb.

Compared to the average monthly salary for April at the level of Croatia, which amounted to 7,547 kuna, the average Zagreb net salary paid for the same month was higher by 1,268 kuna.

According to data from the Statistics Department of the City Office for Strategic Planning and Development of the City, the highest average monthly net salary in legal entities for April was paid in the activity of extraction of crude oil and natural gas, in the amount of 34,558 kuna.

In contrast, the lowest salary was paid in the manufacture of leather and related products, in the amount of 4,869 kuna.

The average monthly gross salary per employee in legal entities in the City of Zagreb for April this year amounted to 12,366 kuna, which is an increase of 7.7 percent compared to April 2021.
